About Dr. Christopher McCartin

Dr. McCartin grew up at the Jersey Shore in a family deeply rooted in healthcare, which instilled in him a strong sense of the importance of helping others. Early encounters with dentists and influential mentors made it clear to him that dentistry was the perfec field for him to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. This commitment to service has now carried over to the next generation, as Dr. McCartin’s son is following in his footsteps and pursuing a career in dentistry.
Dr. McCartin’s journey towards dentistry began at Hobart College in Geneva, New York, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Fueled by his passion for both the art and science of dentistry, he went on to pursue and achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Tufts University in Boston. Following his graduation, Dr. McCartin further honed his skills through a residency at Mountainside Hospital in Montclair, NJ.
Dr. McCartin is deeply committed to continuing education and remains an active member of several prestigious organizations, including the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Monmouth/Ocean Dental Society. He has also pursued extensive postgraduate training, attending the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco, CA, and the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL. In addition, Dr. McCartin has participated in training through Spear Education in Scottsdale, AZ, and continues his education on a monthly basis through Spear study clubs in New Jersey. With this wealth of knowledge and experience, Dr. McCartin brings the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry to his practice, ensuring his patients receive the highest level of care. His dedication to staying at the forefront of dental innovation allows him to consistently provide exceptional treatment.
